Luke,

Great to talk to you last night...I'll pray today that your pain will be low, and that you are given exactly what you need from this service, as you give of yourself today...

Steve & Susan,

I just wanted you to know that my prayer, thoughts and tears are with you. I can't even begin to say that I could possibly understand what you must be going through, but I was a trauma nurse long enough to be familiar with your pain. I lost my father last Oct. from a head injury after falling off of a Segway. I pray that you can feel God's peace and presence through this time like we were able to. There is no way to describe the supernatural peace that we felt during a horrific time, but I know that God in is mercy can bring comfort. I pray that he will be gracious and show Himself to you during this time. I desperatly wish that I could reach across this country and hug you tight. You are both in my heart as you walk through these next few days.

Love,
Trish Preston <><

Luke,

What a hard day for you! God is by your side, though. And when Shea recovers, she will be so very touched that you did this. Hope your own injuries don't bother you too much today.

My prayers are with you today. I am in Portland, Oregon, and we're three hours behind you. My prayers will continue until I sleep tonight.

Hang in there ... and know you are not forgotten in all this. God knows you're hurting, and He is faithful to bring you to the minds of those who will uphold you through this grief.

Bless you, Luke.

Luke,

You have been in my prayers since the second i heard of this tragic event. God has blessed you with such a great and helpful heart, and just know that he will be with you through these hard times to help you and guide you throughout these hardships. Everybody in arizona is on their knees and praying for you and your family. You are such a great person, and Shea is lucky to have a brother as spiritually strong as you are. Hang in there, and you are in my prayers. Keep tearing it up on that guitar!

Hey, Luke!

We have wanted to let you know what an example you are to Quinn and Kinsey. You are a remarkable young man and you are doing the most remarkable job for all the young people around you.

You are with us through out our daily thoughts and prayers. You have taken on a role that no one wants, but God only gives to those that deserve so.

As Quinn would say, "You Rock!" (probably taken from a Jesse quotation about you).

Our thoughts, prayers, and whatever is needed go to you,

Love,

The Dziwuras (John, Cindy, Quinn, Kinsey)

Lukey! I miss so much! I just want you to know that you are a hero, and amazing brother on top of that. Shea and i used to always talk about how no one could have a better brother than you. Youre funny, creative, smart, and you know all the right things to say at all the right times. I know it may not seem like it now but you will make it through this. I am praying for you and dont forget how much I love you! Youre basically my little brother and to this day i will do anything for you. And by the way Shea says youre like a giant now.... what happened to the little Luke that wore foot pajamas all the time? anyways, Thank you for writing me that song when you and Shea moved away, i still sing it in my head! ha. Be strong luke and rememeber that the Lord is with you, much love kati
