Overnight Report

Shea had a good night and no issues arose. They are giving Shea a diuretic that will reduce some of the puffiness caused by excess water in her system.

Hello my sweet sheaster,
Praise the Lord for his constant provision over you. I wish you could have been at Ignigtion on Sunday. All those kids love you so much and are praying for you constantly. Jen dressed up like you for halloween and has pictures to show you. She says that you are the best role model and that she wants to be just like you. I know that so many people feel that way about you. We are trusting God that he is doing great things in you and through you girl. "Look to the Lord and His strength; seek His face always! Remember the wonders he has done and his miracles!" 1 chron. 16:11. You are our miracle shea. Lean on Him to get through this. We love you like crazy...

You are loved by many. Rest well sweetie.

Dear Shea,

It's ironic that I am writing you since I have never met you, or your family officialy.

I attended CrossRoads at Scottsdale Bible and occasionally would drop by on Sunday nights for the evening service. One of the only times I attended you and your father sang a song. You reminded me a lot of myself. My father was a minister and I grew up singing in church. Plus, we're both blondes :)! Anyway, another similarity we have in common, unfortuantely, is going through a difficult car accident. My accident was not as severe as yours, but one thing I learned through the accident was the power of human connection. After my accident people were calling my family we had not heard from in years...I realized how sweet the family of God is.

And, what I'd like you to know is that there are some many people praying for you and for your family that you will never know, I'm just one. And, when you get better you do the same. Touch someone just because you can...

With prayers for your revovery...

Good afternoon our precious Shea Shea,
Were packing to go the ranch for Thanksgiving now, and missing you all the more so. I know being there will bring us a flood of more wonderfull memories of you. You know, only you were able to tame the deer (Apple and Cinnamon), to actually come to us and eat out of our hands, and then end up eating with us at the picnic table outside the house. What great times we all had together! Remember eating with Sydney the fox? Man Shea, if you were up there with us the year we had problems with the skunks down in the barnyard, they would have probaly been joining us for dinner outside also! We are so looking forward to many more of those wonderful times with you. We have to get your parents, Luke and Jesse up there because you know they will love it! Sammy is comming with us, and I am sure glad. Courtney is suffering something awful knowing that her friend is hurting so much and that she can't be there to comfort you. But truly the daily updates are so encouraging. We just keep praying for your continued healing and God's loving embrace to envelope you and your family.
We Love You Shea Shea,
Terri

Dear Lauren Shea,
It's Thanksgiving tomorrow and it reminded me of the time that you and Kati were just babies and we were going to spend a quiet TG at home with just our family but your family insisted we come to your grandparents. I didn't want to go because it was when your grandpa was so sick and I felt like we were imposing. But your family insisted and it was one of my most favorite TG's ever. We had a wonderful dinner and then sat in the living room and played the piano and sang hymns. It was a great time of fellowship and love. You have a very loving and gracious family and I will love all of you forever. You are being uphelped in prayer by the most awesome family and friends. We look forward to watching God work in you and restore you to a complete recovery. Keep up the good work. It is so encouraging to read how every day you show improvement. We love you so much and look forward to seeing you soon. Love and Blessings to you.

Hello Shea (and Hickock family), my name is Sarah Johnson. My mom, Kimberly Webster, is a good friend of your aunt, Jeanne Burch. She lives down the street. My mom told me about you and we've been praying for you and thinking about you and your family ever since. I can only imagine what you are going through, but with such a great support system behind you, you can only get better. It sounds like they wouldn't have it any other way. :) You sound like an absolutely amazing young woman!
I watched and listened to the Heritage video; it was beautiful. Your aunt said you still love to sing. I bet people love to hear you sing. I am praying for your recovery. It sounds like you've already amazed the doctors. Keep it up! I will continue my prayers for you and your family.
To Luke, you sound like a very special brother. You did an amazing thing helping your sister. God must have been watching over you to be calm and collected enough to find Shea and help her out that much. It sounds like your family is full of amazing people. Thank you.
Sincerely, Sarah Johnson

Dearest Shea, Susan, & Steve,

Though you don't really know us, we're sure you've prayed for our 17 yr old daughter Susie who was recently in ICU after surgery and shunt problems. We so felt the prayers from the Ignition group and Susie has experienced healing. We pray numerous times a day for your healing Shea and are so encouraged by reading these updates. PTL for this vehicle to stay informed!

Susan and Steve, our dear one has had 29 surgeries so far, though due to birth defects, not a tragic accident. We stand with you in constant prayer and are so moved by your witness and testimony at this time. We've been asked how we manage and we reply that it's only through the strength and grace of our dear Lord Jesus. We surely could not manage without our faith. Only God knows how many more will come to Jesus as a result of this time. We are all witnessing miraculous healing that can be explained no other way. To God be the glory!

It's 1 AM in Georgia right now and I just finished praying for you all. I pray that in the darkness of the night, during those lonely times, that the Spirit of our God would draw near to you all. I am praying that He would make His presence so real to you and that you would know Him better during these trying times.

Shea,

I love you sweetie. Praise God that He continues to do miracles in your life. I know the battle is just beginning, but I am rejoicing in the small victories. Keep fighting.

Love you all,

Dear Hickok Family -

I am so excited about all the great reports that keep rolling in! Praise God! I am SOOOOO thankful at all the mighty ways He has worked to begin to heal Luke, Shea and Mike's family.
Here in Arizona Thanksgiving is officially less than an hour away, but I'm already celebrating with you all the glorious things God has done! I look forward to continuing to celebrate with you as God's mighty plan unfolds. :)

Shea I've been praying for all the doctors (cosmetic, orthopedic, etc) who will help repair your body. I'm so thankful that nothing can crush the Spirit of Christ inside of you. You don't know me - I am familiar with your family from your time at SBC & the service on Sunday nights. I have a mentor (through Hearts for Him at SBC) - her name is Diann Mullen - I believe you spent your 16th birthday at her & Ted's cabin and got snowed in. It's funny how God intertwines us all, isn't it? At any rate, I'm praying for you like crazy. My parents are missionaries and I've asked them and their organization to pray to. My mom is a great prayer warrior so I HAD to get her involved.

Psalms 30:5b - Tears may flow in the night but joy comes in the morning. *I look forward to celebrating joyfully with you in the light of day.

2Corinthians 4:8-9 - We are pressured in every way but not crushed; we are perplexed but not in despair; we are persecuted but not abandoned; we are struck down but not destroyed.
13-15 - And since we have the same spirit of faith in accordance with what is written I believed therefore I spoke, we also believe, and therefore speak, knowing that the one who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also with Jesus..for all this is ...so that grace, extended through more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to God's glory. *Isn't it great to know the power of Christ is living in all of you, that nothing can separate us from His love and with Him there is ALWAYS great HOPE!! Amen!!

Dear Lauren and Hickok family;
I'm not sure if you will remember me... my name is Saundra, I am Zachary and Natalie Wilder's mom. We went to Heart to Heart when you were a little girl. When Dean told me on Sunday about your accident, my heart was heavy and sad and I immediately began praying for you and your family. You held us up in your prayers many, many times. You and your family have touched more lives than you may ever possibly know. You are so precious and loved by God and we look forward to the miracles He will bring in and through your life.

Good Morning Shea,
We would like to send our love and support to you and your family. We want you to know that you are in our constant thoughts and prayers. We celebrated Thanksgiving on Wednesday & we decided to have 2 prayers...one to bless the food & the other to bless you. Your cousin Shane said a beautiful prayer for you. He thanked our Heavenly Father for you and asked him to give you strength. This is one of THOUSANDS of prayers for you, I am sure. Shea, when Stephen first head the news about you he just hung up the phone and started to cry. Your sweet spirit and beautiful countenance brighten so many of our lives. You are such a splendid & lovely person.
Psalm 28:7
"The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him."

Please know that our tears and prayers are for you, dear one.

Dearest Steve, Susan, Shea, Luke and Jess,
As I gather today with my family in Houston, please know that each of you and everyone at the hospital are in our prayers. We pray for a peace that passeth all understanding as you wait, knowledge and wisdom for the doctors to heal Shea's precious physical body and lift our hands in praise for all of the many blessings you are receiving during this time. WE are begging for God to wrap His arms around all of you and as He is works His miracles you will see our Shea gain strength by the minute. Even though many of us are not there physically with you, we are there in spirit and hope you feel our presence.

Hey Steve and Susan,

Of course, Atlantians are praying like crazy for Shea right now (and will continue to do so with fervor). But we also have people all over the Pacific Northwest in many different churches praying for you guys.

You know how special we think you are.
You know how much we love you.
You know how much we are praying for, and expecting a total recovery for Shea.

I know she is going to be back on the stage at The Bridge singing her heart out. Of course, she'll really have a new perspective on praise and worship when that day comes.

And Steve, tell everyone to look for that full page ad for AwakeImages.com in the January issue of Worship Leader announcing to the world your amazing art and photography web site.

Leigh, Sarah, and I send our love.

Dear Sweet Shea...
Today is Thanksgiving and the Tonneys are most grateful for you and your precious family! Psalm 100 says: "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness, come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us and not we ourselves; we are his people and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him and bless his name. For the Lord is good, his mercy is everlasting, and his truth endureth to all generations." We will keep making our joyful noises -though they sound nothing like yours!- unto the Lord for your perfect and rapid recovery. The God of the universe loves you even more than we do. We praise him for the incredible plan he has to recycle this current pain for your and His kingdom's gain.
Keep up the good fight dear one and know that thousands of us are standing in the gap with you and your family!
All our love to you, Luke, Jesse, Mom and Dad...Rick and Chloe Tonney
