Steve, Shea and Luke's First Music Video (Removed)

We needed some extra room on the server to place Shea's songs up on the blog so we have removed the videos.

Thanks to whoever put that there... probably Dave. I completely forgot about that video and haven't seen it for a long long time. It made me think about Arnold Hickok and I quickly felt better.

I did a 'right-click' and saved... I hope that's okay.

Shea,

Dear Shea & family,

You will not recognize my name, but I grew up with your father at Heart to Heart many years ago. We were good friends. I remember meeting you when you were just a young girl, with beautiful curly blonde hair - just as beautiful as your mother's! You may remember my parents, Paul & Glenda Dummel who also went to Heart to Heart.

How shocked we were to hear about your accident, but know that God in His great wisdom controls all things. Please know that our prayers are with you and Luke as you recover, and also with your family during this time.

Our family now lives in Greenville, SC, and we go to the same church as your aunt Margie (Pippenger) Halberg. She called me yesterday to ask for prayer for you and your family. I wish there was more we could do, but God knows our hearts and prayers are with you.

We look forward to seeing you again in the future. We don't live that far apart!!

Love and prayers,

Donna (Dummel) Dye & family

Hey Shea Star!
It's Mish-a-lish. I love you and I'm praying for you. You're wonderful! and beautiful! and there is a little half-asian in Tucson who misses you desperatly and hopes to yell in your face, "Shea Star for life!!"

and also to the family,

I've never seen so much prayer spread in such a small amount of time. A friend of mine has students at Grove city praying. A friend of a friend whose mom asked her bible study to pray for this. I know there are plenty students in Tucson also. It sounds like everyone and their bible studies are on their knees over this situation.

Love,
-Michelle Condon

Shea,

It's Brittany-Shea again... That music video was so precious. YOU ARE SO PRECIOUS! I cried so hard on the way to class today I almost didn't go. It hurts me knowing what you are going through. There's one song in particular that has ALWAYS made me think of you. It's called "Hungry" and you sang it one Sunday night at the Bridge. For some reason it has stuck with me ever since and no matter how many times I have heard other people sing it, it is the most beautiful when you sing it. I want to post some of the lyrics because it is such a powerful song.

"Hungry I come to you
For I know You satisfy...
I am empty but I know your love
Does not run dry...

So I wait for you
So I wait for you

I am falling on my knees
I am falling on my knees
Jesus you're all this heart is living for!

Broken I come to you
For I know you Satisfy
I am weary...
But I know your touch
Restores my life"

That song will remain in my heart forever and I hope it brings joy to you as well. I love you Shea!

Love,

Brittany-Shea

To all of the Hickok Family, we want you to know that we are with you in our hearts and in our prayers.

Thank God that friends in Christ are not limited by time and distance.

Seeing the video brings back a lot of memories.

Steve, Susan, Shea, Luke, & Jesse -

The "Heritage of Gold" video brought back SO many great memories from the old days at Heart to Heart! As others have said, it shows Shea as the beautiful young girl that she was, and the beautiful young woman that she has become.

We continue to lift your whole family up to the Lord, knowing that what Paul said in 2 Cor. 1: 3-4 is true:

God does indeed "comfort us in our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in ny trouble, with the comfort with which wew ourselves are comforted by God."

Shea,
You don't know me but we are connected anyway because I am one of David and Joy's artist friends. Actually, I am one of David's least computer literate friends, but he likes me anyway. Go figure. I watched your music video and was blown away. I punched like a million buttons and it worked. So hang in there because there is obviously Universal Guidance all over the place. Now I'll see if I can keep this message from being lost in cyberspace. Get well. Richard Pankratz
