Shea,
I haven't had an opportunity to really contact you until now, and for that I am sorry. I've had a hard time adjusting to so many things and I wasn't sure how I would handle talking to you face to face. Now that you're at Shepard I don't know when that will happen, but please know that I love you and I have prayed for from the very moment the accident happened. I want you to know that I am alright and taking it all a day at a time just as I know you are. There are many things I want to tell you and talk to you about, but I'll save most of it for when I see you. There are thousands still praying for you including myself and that won't stop. Below is a poem that I wrote for Mike and I think you'd appriciate reading it. I love you Shea, and even though we cannot see it now God has great great plan for us all. Godbless.

"Homecoming"

O' Gentle soul find rest,
be burdened no longer,
with these troublesome wisdoms,
find keep in the invisible,
ornament the heavens now,
by voice and dance so loud,
your thunderous noise will be heard,
by all under the clouds twilight,
My child it is your Homecoming,
We make a joyous noise,
in the Heavens above for your arrival,
great will be our fellowship,
as we all display our hearts,
bursting, pounding in great light,
burdened by no end or evil,
prevail, prevail and be caught up,
in these wonderous arms unseen,
and feel, My child, what comfort,
you sought til now,
O' weary soul come home,
and rest.

Hi its me again...
As I was reading your blog I found myself on yesterday's date when I wrote to you, so I wanted to post my note to you again on this day. So forgive me for posting this twice but I wanted you to know I am thinking of you, especially through the holiday's

Merry Cristmas Sweet Angel

Hi sweetie, I just wanted to write to let you know I am thinking of you.
I am so glad to hear that you found a text message from Michael. I cherish the note he wrote on my note pad downstairs. It reads..."I love you Mom" ...Michael.
I keep it in a frame on my night stand so it is the last thing I see at night and the first thing I see the next morning. I will miss seeing the two of you together. But,he really will always be with us.

I would like to come see you soon.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family everyday.
I am so happy with all the amazing progress you have done. I'll see you soon

Love,
Deborah

You are just such a sweet person and everyone can see that!. I just thought that I would tell you that after reading all the post and seeing that people don't even know you and are saying how much they care for you, and how much you have helped them see what the power of God and Prayer can do. I hope I can see you very soon at church and here you sing!

Merry Christmas!
I feel blessed to know you. I think of you everyday and I check the blog on your progress. Your strength and your family make all of us appreciate our lives in a new way. You are doing a great job in getting well. The girls at work miss you so much as well as I do. We are waiting for your return and we know you will be back soon.

Merry Christmas! My husband and I continue to keep you in our prayers. I hope that your new care takers are just as loving and nurturing as they were in Macon. I will be praying for that. It is really encouraging to have doctors and nurses with a heart for their patients. I think that it will be hard for any doctor or nurse to not fall in love with you and your family, as you have the spirit of Jesus. Bless your sweet soul. I hope your recovery continues to move at a miraculous pace so that you will be able to be in your own home soon. With great excitement, I look forward to the day when we will hear your voice at church again! May Jesus continue to restore your spirit and your body. Lots of love and prayers,
Marian Madden
